The Bear Valley Residents Association, Inc (BVRI) Board of Directors is satisfied with the present operations of the Lake Alpine Water Company and would oppose any CPUC decision requiring a change in the ownership or management of the company. Most of us have owned our homes in Bear Valley for a very long time and have seen an improvement in the water service over the last eight years.
