PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

It is a privilege to serve as President of BVRI and work with the other 14 dedicated and well-informed Board members. The rest of the Board and I are here to serve you for the betterment of our community. The BVRI membership has a diverse range of activities that they pursue in this area, but the one common thread among all of us is a strong appreciation for the setting and scenic beauty of the greater Bear Valley area.

I have been coming here for over 40 years, and my wife Jeri and I have owned our Bear Valley home for over five years. We value the way that the CC&Rs ensure that each unique Bear Valley home fits into its natural setting and is well maintained. At this time the Board is working with you to find innovative ways to ensure that this special community thrives while meeting the needs of full-time and part-time residents.
